"Tuble"

Tuble  explores the relationship between material, geometry and manufacturing through a simple idea: transforming a tubular steel profile into a sculptural structure through precision cutting and folding.
The table is an exploration of a broader design language, where the manufacturing process becomes an integral part of the form.
Developed around a tubular steel profile, laser-cut patterns define controlled bending zones that allow the material to be folded into a three-dimensional structure. Rather than assembling a frame from multiple conventional components, the design uses the geometry of the folded material to shape its legs, braces and supports.
A tempered glass top reveals the steel structure beneath, making the relationship between the material and its geometry part of the visual experience.
Tuble is an ongoing exploration of a manufacturing-driven design approach, with the potential to extend into a family of furniture and objects.
Process: 3D CAD development, laser cutting, manual folding, finishing and assembly.
